Please avoid exfoliating or using skin-thinning creams (like retinoids or AHAs) on the brow area at least 3–5 days before your appointment to prevent irritation or injury.

Hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for best results. Avoid exfoliating, sun exposure, or using any retinoids or acids on the area 72 hours before waxing. Do not book if you're experiencing an active breakout, rash, or sunburn in the area.
