APPOINTMENTS & CARD ON FILE A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment. This is used in place of requiring a deposit at booking. Your card will not be charged simply for reserving your appointment. Payment is collected after your completed service unless a cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, or no-show fee applies. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please review the policies below before booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice whenever possible. This gives me an opportunity to offer your reserved appointment time to another client. • 48+ hours notice: No fee • 24–48 hours notice: $15 cancellation/rescheduling fee • Less than 24 hours / same-day: 30% of the scheduled service will be charged • No-call/no-show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged Cancellation and rescheduling fees apply regardless of whether the appointment is cancelled or moved to another date. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time and ready for your scheduled service. Your appointment has a designated start and end time, and arriving late does not extend your appointment time. When possible, I will still accommodate your service; however, it may need to be shortened to remain within your reserved appointment time. Full payment for the originally scheduled service is still required. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may require the appointment to be rescheduled and the applicable cancellation/rescheduling fee may apply. LASH APPOINTMENTS Please arrive to lash appointments with clean, makeup-free lashes and eye area. Time needed to remove makeup or thoroughly cleanse the lashes comes out of your scheduled appointment time and may result in a shortened service. Full payment for the scheduled service is still required. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW A no-call/no-show means the appointment was missed without contacting me to cancel or reschedule. No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Because this time was reserved exclusively for you without an opportunity for another client to book it, future booking privileges with Beauty Room & Esthetics will be forfeited. AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS I understand that regular business hours may not always work for everyone. When possible, I am happy to offer limited appointments outside of regular business hours to help accommodate your schedule. A $25 after-hours fee will be added to appointments scheduled outside regular business hours. After-hours availability is limited, by request, and not guaranteed. PAYMENT Accepted payment methods include: Cash • Card • Apple Pay • Zelle • Payment Plan Payment plans are available through the booking site and can be selected at checkout when eligible.
